Mental Health
Do you always feel tired, stressed, depressed, or overwhelmed?

Traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture + craniosacral has been so effective on my mental health and central nervous system that it has to be shared.
Acupuncture, a core component of TCM, works by stimulating specific points on the body to balance the flow of energy. This process helps with physical ailments and has significant effects on mental well-being. By promoting relaxation and releasing endorphins, acupuncture can reduce anxiety, stress, and symptoms of depression.

Craniosacral therapy, on the other hand, is a gentle, hands-on approach that focuses on the subtle rhythms of the craniosacral system, which includes the membranes and fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord. This therapy helps to release tension and improve the function of the central nervous system, leading to a deep state of relaxation and improved emotional stability.
In combination, these therapies offer a holistic approach to mental health care. They help soothe the central nervous system in a gentle, natural way, promoting relaxation and reducing the effects of stress. This can be especially beneficial in our go-go-go society, where the demands of daily life can lead to burnout and other mental health challenges.

How many treatments will I need?

Generally, you need to start with a minimum of 4 treatments 1 x per week for 1 month and then reassess. Everyone's body is different and some may need more and some may need less. The base of 4 is a good treatment start as it gives us time to reset the body. Following this maintenance treatments may be needed. For chronic or childhood trauma more treatments will be necessary.
