Nettle & Goji Tea Tonic
2 cups of boiling water
2 tablespoons of nettle
2 tablespoons of red raspberry leaf
1 tablespoon of goji berries
Steep for 2-3 hours, strain, pour half the tonic in a mug and top with hot water (my preference) or add some ice cubes and top with water for an iced tea.
discontinue the use of red raspberry leaf if pregnant, once 36/37 weeks pregnant we recommend drinking red raspberry leaf tea to help promote a smooth labour. Nettle and goji are completely fine to drink while pregnant.
