Nettle, Goji & Red Raspberry Leaf Tea Tonic for Fertility, Menstruation and Stress

Nettle & Goji Tea Tonic

2 cups of boiling water

2 tablespoons of nettle

2 tablespoons of red raspberry leaf

1 tablespoon of goji berries


Steep for 2-3 hours, strain, pour half the tonic in a mug and top with hot water (my preference) or add some ice cubes and top with water for an iced tea.

  • discontinue the use of red raspberry leaf if pregnant, once 36/37 weeks pregnant we recommend drinking red raspberry leaf tea to help promote a smooth labour. Nettle and goji are completely fine to drink while pregnant.
