Initial consultations are 60 minutes and offer space to explore your health history, current concerns, and goals.

Follow-up sessions are 45 minutes and provide continued support, personalized adjustments, and guidance as your plan evolves.

Most appointments are held virtually, but in-person sessions can be arranged upon request. Please contact the clinic to inquire about availability.

To ensure a good fit, Sierra offers a free 15-minute Clarity Call before starting.
This is a chance to ask questions, share your goals, and explore whether working
together feels aligned.
