So, What is EFT?
EFT - also known as tapping - is a gentle mind-body approach that combines light fingertip tapping on specific acupressure points with guided awareness and conversation.Sessions are supportive and client-led, helping your nervous system settle, reducing stress, and creating space for greater calm and clarity. You don’t need to know what to say or do as you’re gently guided at your own pace.
