Erin Morse brings over 18 years of specialized experience in health and wellness. As a Certified ICF Positive Psychology Coach, Somatic Stress Release Practitioner, Kinesiologist, Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist, Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Erin’s qualifications are extensive and varied. Her decade-long experience in Cardiac Rehabilitation, working with heart disease and other chronic conditions, coupled with 20 years working in the wellness industry, she is equiped with profound insights into complex mental, emotional and physical health issues.
It is my deepest intention to provide the space and care necessary for you to explore and uncover the root causes of your mental, emotional, or physical health struggle – to help you cultivate deep inner resilience in both mind and body, and empower you to show up in life as your most authentic and resourced self.
