Watermelon to the Rescue!

Updated: Feb 12

Beat the summer heat with this mocktail!

In Chinese medicine watermelon has an affect on the heart, bladder and stomach. Summer time is the season of the heart, which means we should eat more heart healthy foods! Watermelon clears heat and is cold in nature which is perfect for a hot summer day. As we all know, it is full of delicious juice, which nourishes the fluids of the body while helping to promote urination. Very good to prevent heat stroke and staying hydrated!
